Do I need to replace all my tools?

We start with what you use today. Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint or other integrations are chosen around the process and the permissions available.

Does every process need AI?

No. A simple rule or workflow can be a better fit. We use AI when it adds value, with agreed limits and review.

What happens to my business data?

Before connecting tools, we agree what data is needed, who can access it and which providers are involved. You do not need to share sensitive data in the first conversation.

Can you guarantee savings?

Results depend on the process, its volume and how the solution is used. We define a starting point and check the outcome; the homepage estimator only illustrates assumptions.
